The Board of Directors of the Delta Islanders Jr A Lacrosse Team are pleased to announce, effective immediately, that the Delta Islanders Intermediate A Team is now under the management of the Delta Islanders Jr A Lacrosse Team. The Board of Directors would like to thank the members of the Delta Lacrosse Association for their support and vision in making this change possible.
General Manager, Jamie Scott and our Jr A coaching staff of Shaun Springett, A.J. Smith, Sean Robinson and Yul Baker are thrilled that we are now in a position to offer an Elite 5 year program under the Delta Islanders Jr A Lacrosse Team.
Jamie Scott, GM for the Delta Islanders Jr A Team, will also act as the General Manager for the Delta Islanders Intermediate A Team. As well, he will be the Alternate Governor for both the Jr A and Intermediate A Teams. Gary McBride will become the new Governor of the Intermediate A Team.

Training Camp
We would like to inform you all that the Delta Islanders Int A and Jr A Lacrosse Club, MAIN training camp is @ Sportstown in Richmond B.C. March 24th and 25th. This exciting event will be held from 9:00am-12:00pm, registration is from 8:00am- 8:45am. Only a limited number of players will be accepted at this training camp.
More dates will be added so keep checking back.

Welcome to the 2012 lacrosse season
On behalf of the Board of Directors, General Manager and Coaching Staff, welcome to the 2012 lacrosse season. As you likely know, the Delta Islanders Jr A Club has been very busy during the off season. We NOW operate an elite five year box lacrosse program specifically committed to developing box lacrosse players between the ages of 17 and 21. The program is comprised of two teams the Jr 'A' team (17—21 year olds) and a development Intermediate 'A' team (17—18 year olds). Many of these fine young men go on to be stars in the Western Lacrosse Association and Professional Lacrosse Leagues.
Delta Islanders Jr A Lacrosse Club is committed to winning a 'Minto Cup' title and we intend to put the best team on the floor in the history of the Delta Islanders Club for the 2012 season.
The Jr A team will have the best coaching staff in the League for this upcoming season. We welcome our NEW Head Coach, Shaun Springett and Assistant Coaches, A.J. Smith, Sean Robinson and Yul Baker.
We are working on the coaching stuff for the Int A team and they should be announced in the next couple of weeks.
Winning the Minto Cup is our goal and we want players, who share that same goal.
We are always on the lookout for talented lacrosse players with a winning attitude that can fit the Delta Islanders Jr 'A' Lacrosse Club organization, not only this season, but in the years to come. This is why we are inviting any free agents to try-out for this elite five year box lacrosse program specifically committed to developing box lacrosse players between the ages of 17 and 21.
Come FIT and ready; give yourself the BEST opportunity to make the Int 'A' or the Jr 'A' team.
Training camp is not the place to try and get fit.
